Cancellation Policy

Please contact the Diamond Club Manager as soon as possible should you need to cancel attendance to any event.

Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up until 12:00pm on the Wednesday before an event. After this point, any late cancellations may result in the event being deducted from your membership entitlement.
