Replacement Match Tickets
We request that you take all necessary precautions to protect your event tickets and keep them in a secure place. As a safe-guard, when issuing tickets to your guests we recommend that you keep a record of all ticket numbers. Recording ticket numbers will simplify the process if the tickets are misplaced.
In the event that a ticket is lost or stolen, the Member is to notify the Diamond Club as soon as possible. A $20.00 replacement fee applies for replacement event tickets, regardless of the number of tickets.
Members are asked to notify the Diamond Club Manager via email prior to the commencement of an event and no later than 12 noon on Thursdays for Friday night events. This will enable replacement tickets to be issued.
For tickets lost on a match day, please contact the Diamond Club on 03 8625 7316 and the Diamond Club Concierge will be able to provide assistance.
To prevent unauthorised entry to the venue, barcodes of tickets reported lost or misplaced will be retired once reported lost or stolen.
Replacement AFL Medallion Cards
In the event that a Members' AFL Card is lost or stolen, the Member is to complete the Replacement AFL Card Form, located below, and return it to the Diamond Club. A replacement fee of $20 (incl GST) applies per card.
Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours for AFL Cards to be replaced.
